Planner Pence Added to Environmental Firm

Michael G. Czerwinski, P.A., Environmental Consultants (MGC) is pleased to announce the addition of Cheryl Pence, Planner,
Attorney, and Real Estate Broker to the Firm.  Cheryl has a Master's Degree in City Planning from GA TECH (Georgia Institute
of Technology) as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, both located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Cheryl has 8 years of experience as an urban planner for the City of Atlanta where she was instrumental in developing
Atlanta’s first 5-, 10- and 15- year Comprehensive Plans.  She researched and designed the first ever Neighborhood Planning
Program which was recognized by the Smithsonian Institution.  In 1976, Cheryl received the Outstanding Young Leader Award
by Atlanta Magazine.  She was also selected as one of the youngest members to become a participant in Leadership Atlanta
in 1976.
Cheryl acquired her law degree in 1983 and practiced as a land use and zoning attorney in Georgia for various law firms and the Portman Group for
approximately 20 years.  She has successfully represented large and small developers through the land use and zoning processes in Georgia,
Florida and at least 10 other states.

west central Florida Area.  MGC Environmental’s services include:  Wetland Jurisdictional Delineation, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments,
ERP Permit Assistance, Gopher Tortoise Surveys / Permits and Relocation, Resource Protection Area (RPA) Assessments, Habitat Projection Plan

through the governmental review processes.  Cheryl also brings a Florida Real Estate Broker's License and 7 years of Citrus County real estate
experience and land use/zoning consulting to the Firm, further enhancing the Firm's knowledge and consulting abilities.

Michael G. Czerwinski, P.A., Environmental Consultants (MGC) is pleased to announce Andrew Holland, Environmental
Scientist, obtained his certification as an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission (FFWCC) on May 11, 2009.  In accordance with new permitting rules implemented April 22, 2009, all Gopher
Tortoise surveys, trapping, capture and relocations must be performed by an authorized agent.
Andrew Holland received his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, Environmental Science from University of Florida in 2006.
